Orange. Purple. Pink. Blue. Well you name it, you have it. Run through the colors in the entire spectrum and there is likely going to be a post-it note in that color.

Do you use these handy pieces of papers to note down tasks or reminders?

I remember I used to do that. In fact, there are still many notes sticking on my wall right now... and I am embarrassed to report that they are coated with a cozy layer of dust.

Nowadays, I use them less since an inactive person has less things to remember. And when it is just one thing or two, I sometimes just try to rely on my memory for a change. Or, I will arrange stationeries on my desk to evoke what I need to remember when I next see them.

So, do you use these post-it notes? If not, how do you remember tasks?

Do You Keep Your Lap Top Laminated ?

I keep my Lap Top Laminated. Lamination is a process of covering the lap Top , for that matter anything witch needs a protection from dust, water and other physical agents, with an adhesive thin plastic sheet. Here we have two options to select from , one being the cold one and the other being the hot one. In the cold lamination , simple a adhesive plastic sheet is used to cover the thing which is done very carefully and skillfully by hands. In hot lamination they use a hot air chamber which is doing the job under the pressure. Before the lamination I used to have lot of problems in cleaning my laptop especially the screen and other things. Having done lamination I am just finding that the life has become easier for me as far as cleaning of Laptop is concerned against the dust. If you laminate the key pad you can be rest assured against the spillage of liquids alsoas the plastic sheet it acts as a barrier. One caution while laminating a Laptop you will have to careful not to laminate the portions which are meant for ventilation otherwise you will end up with overheat and your Laptop will not function properly. Now a days many people are laminating their Laptops. Are you one of them ? Please reply, your participation will be highly appreciated. It's so cold that I have to soak my Polident in hot water a couple minutes before it'll come out of the tube. Then in the summer time when the weather's hot, it almost liquefies.

How do you deal with your adhesive? Do you use Seabond? I thought Seabond was too expensive and didn't hold as well.

What TV commercial ad did you or do you like?

Do you enjoy watching commercials on your TV?

I enjoyed a few commercials.

1) A man forcibly gets a cheque for some 100,000,000 $ (too many zeroes after 1) from his father who is bedridden. While other family members cry for the old man, this man gets out of the house happily. Suddenly, a drop of water seaps from the pipe above the head on the letter 1 on the cheque. He wipes it out and the letter vanishes. The same moment the old man dies. This man starts crying for his father. The ad ends saying 'Use our adhesives for sealing the leakages'.

2) A man tries to break an egg with a spoon. It doesn't break. Then he tries with another heavy tool. Even then it doesn't break. He slams it with a big hammer and the egg escapes from here to there breaking all the vessels in his store. When he looks at the hen, it lays its eggs on an adhesive container. The ad ends 'our adhesives are the best' or so.

Did you enjoy anything like this?

I, myself, have been guilty of that. In our desire to make a relationship work, we hold on tightly even if we know that our efforts will prove to be futile.

A dying relationship is like a broken glass - it can no longer be fixed. Even if we use the toughest adhesive and force to put the pieces back together again, the glass will never look the same.

So if you're in such a relationship, let go of that "for the sake of love" ideology. Remember: Holding on is being brave. But sometimes moving on makes you even tougher.

Zots....A scrapbookers new best friend!!!

Have you tried the zots? However, my mom wrote a short message on a masking tape and stuck it on the flap of the purse. When I removed the tape, it left adhesive on the purse![em]cry[/em] I don't have any idea how to remove it. My sister-in-law advised me to dab acetone on it. But I'm afraid it might ruin the purse. Any tips my dear myLotters? If you have any homemade remedies in mind, they'd be most welcome! Thanks in advance!
