When you are feeling low, a session of even window shopping makes a lot of difference. I have tried doing that.As I go mostly to malls for shopping, more than the actual act of shopping, the ambience of the mall works as a great mood lifter. Plus when you see lots of nice things around, it automatically makes you happy. So basically I have felt a lot better after a round of window shopping when I am low. Does that work for you too?? There's a very wide range of music out there, and different genres satiate different appetites, or moods. I think one's choice in music tells a lot about them. My moods change... I can be in a mystical mood, or I can be in a bouncy mood... it alters from time to time. When I'm in mystical mood, I like to listen to artists like Enya, Van Morrison and Jewel, when I'm in pensive mood, Country & Western or Gregorian, and when I'm in bouncy mood, Madness and Special Brew go a long way toward satiating my appetite. I take my "food" from various places. Sometimes it will be my Launchcast radio station, others my Pagan Radio online, or my uploaded music in my Launchcast Juke Box. So, how often to you partake of your musical food; would it be little and often, regularly.. three to four times a day, or do you prefer it in one big chunk? When we clean our house, we always try new things for it to have a different look. We put things on different places, like the sofa or couch should be put from where it was not placed before. We also find some ways to make it look more comfortable to move around, creating more space to make it look a place that is more pleasant to rest and relax at. So what do you do when doing a general cleaning, can you please share some of your tips to make your home look alot different from what it was before?
