A study at Yale which I had read in the news dated February 2009. This is one that interest me in the paragraph of the article provided below and the title of this article was "Anger Hurts the Heart."

In already vulnerable people, "anger causes electrical changes in the heart," said Dr. Rachel Lampert, a Yale University cardiologist who led the work. When that happens even in the doctor's office, "that means they're more likely to have arrhythmias when they go out in real life."

I had never checked for my heart and I had been in too much anger several times that I can remember that I almost take my life because of the unbearable pain of anger.
