My gutsy cousin is of the few who fought this illness until his last breath. One of his eyes got blind, his hearing was lost, and his body was bady beaten by the disease but he chose to fight for his loved ones. He had an 8 month old son that died years ago before he got sick. His widow stucked with him to his deathbed and her grief broke our hearts. In his last days, we communicated through the cellphone because he couldnt hear a word anymore. He would type the message and I would read it and answer back the same way. He told me that the pain is more terrible and dont think that he could hold on anymore. After he said that, I couldnt type any word coz I really dont know what to say. After much thought, I told him that I know that He gave it all to the lord and that he will give him a new strenght. I will miss him. He was one of my best buddies.
