I have been on 4 and don't know f I will ever take any other kind of vacation again.

So tell me have you been on a cruise before? What did you like or not like about it. What was your favorite part of the cruise and finally how long was it and where did you go.

I am trying to get ideas for my cruise for next year so spare not details

Your best vacation?

What was the best vacation you have been on? The people who are my clients are very special to me. Taking time off from work isn't easy for me because I feel as if I am letting my clients down. But, life is stressful and I had realized that I really needed some down time.

A friend of mine who is from Denmark is in town this week and we always get together when she is here. I decided it was an opportune time for me to take a few days off. We are going to lunch tomorrow and then perhaps to visit one of my clients. I told her that I would see if she would like to meet her. This client is in her 80's and is a delightful woman. She has ALS and is a Hospice patient. Her whit, charm and sense of humor is wonderful. How can I not bring my friend to meet her?

For the last week or more, I have found my life seemingly coming loose at the seams. I cannot talk, walk or do basic tasks without fumbling. I went shopping with my sister and I asked her to step aside so I could get a "gallon" of eggs. Yup, I am fried. You know when you can't even talk straight it is time to relax a bit.

I am only taking 2 of my vacation days because I have Friday and the weekend off. That will be 5 days off. The grand plan is to sleep-in and sit around in the morning in my jammies while I sip coffee and work on my afghan or read a book.

Time for me......It's about time!

best vacation/dream travel destination

have you travelled? if you were given a chance to go on an all-expenses paid vacation, where would you go? do you have that certain place that you have spent your whole life dreaming of travelling to someday? or maybe if you had done some travelling then where is that place that you went to that you had such a wonderful time that you didn't want to go home?

be it your best vacation or your dream destination it's your call. as for me, i have two: my best and my dream.

my best vacation ever: i spent one whole month in Baguio City, up north of the Philippines. it was such a wonderful and magical place where the clouds seem so near that i could almost touch them. the sites were so magical that they took my breath away.

my dream destination: germany. i have a friend who lives there and i would love to see the numerous beautiful castles that dot their countryside.

My sister's coming back soon..

well, i have a sister who's currently working in Singapore. I'm so excited because she's coming home soon for some vacation.. It has been more or less seven months since we last saw each other.. although there are times when she calls at home but for me it's not enough.. i can't wait for her to come home.. i'll make sure that when she gets here, i'll be spending spending some quality time with her.. I'm just sharing my excitement..

Where is the best vacation spot go for during this Holy Week weekend?

Just so we can set this straight, I just mean the best - not necessarily the most expensive. So I was meaning it in terms of ease of getting to, the place in general, and of course affordability (since if the place is expensive then it cuts the fun in half, or even more). There are other criterias of course like family places, lovers locations, etc, which we can just leave open for discussion as there really are different places to go to during the Holy Week weekend. So, any ideas anyone?

What is the best family vacation you went on as a child?

When I was a kid, we didn't take big expensive vacations. We'd all pile in the car and my parents would plan a route that would take us to all sorts of different little attractions. Sometimes there would be cool educational or historical destinations, and sometimes they'd be more amusement-oriented, like going to Hershey, Pennyslvania.

Then I travelled down to Belize for snorkelling to see sharks and sting rays by Caye Caulker. Then I saw manatees on a boat trip. I saw Mayan ruins and had a river trip when I saw crocodiles. I stayed in a treehouse. Wow! That was exiting. I went to the lakeside town of Flores and to Tikal in Guatemala to see more amzing Mayan ruins.

What's the best "vacation" you ever took as a family when you were a kid?

Mine was a week at a state cabin in a state park in the mountains. It wasn't anything particularly expensive or high priced and trendy but the memories we made we can still laugh about today!

What or were is the best place to vacation ???

The sky is the limit !!!
