Besides the fact that they wanted so much percentage for each article I was disgusted with the way they took care of my things. I am doing a craft sale right here in town and yesterday a lady approached me about putting some of my things in her boutique....it will only be there for two months....just until the holidays and she really wants me to bring some of my things to her store. I told her about my concerns and she promises to take good care of my craft products. I am going down to see the store on Wed. then decide. Would you put your things into a craft boutique? Have you done it before and what was your experience?

How much do you spend in a day if you shop?

It depends on how much I spend if I shop. Sometimes I spend too much and sometimes I spend very little, and it depends a lot on the needs and the necessities of my family too. If I shop for myself I will be very careful before spending a dime.

How far do you travel to shop?

The nearest mall to me is almost an hour away. It is frustrating because if I want any more than what Walmart has to offer, I have to drive that far. I normally like to shop online, but when it comes to clothing, I really prefer to try things on unless it is a brand I have bought before. So today I will be making the trek to the mall. I rarely go shopping, but I have a special occasion for which I need something nice to wear.

So how about you? How far do you travel to find adequate stores for shopping?

Do you buy your clothes online or from retails, shops?

Nowadays due to early shop closing before I end my work and due to busy weekends, I would prefer to shop my clothes online. How about you all? I will visit victoria secret website as I do not have such shops in my country or ebay and other online boutiques. Do you have favourite online shop?Or you would prefer to buy your clothes at retails or shops so that you can try the clothings?

if you were to start your own business

If you were to start your own business what would you do?
Money isnt a factor. For me I would own my own coffee shop, and a internet lead based business.

It's excellent for everyday purchases, and it's also often cheaper.

However, the most exclusive the purchase gets, the more attractive shops get. If you are looking for something exclusive or expensive, you expect a more personal attention and certain services that a mall cannot give you.

So i guess every kind of store has it's place.

What do you prefer ?

What do you want to see....

when you are in a gift store/boutique? i need help...i just start work as a retail supervisor and i'm overseeing both boutique and gift stores....can you please share with me...when you walk in to a boutique (for women...office wear) and gifts stores...what do you expect to see and would hope to see? i hope that with the responses here...i can have some idea on how to increase the sales for the stores around...please help!!! I am a size 4/6 (uk 10/12) and i'm very happy with that. I have hips and curves and my weight suits my frame. If i was any thinner i don't think it would look right.
Now i know there are a few who are naturally that thin, but do others really want to be a size 0?
Adn i read some statistic in glamour magazine that only 1% of women are naturally a size 6, and that many have the waist of an 8 year old!
