Has This Brain Teaser Ever Got You Confused?

Brain Teasers are the best way to pep up a dull mind. We all like to be called intelligent. No one wants to be called a dull head or a fool. SO whenever a brain teaser is thrown at us, we strain our mind to give an appropiate answer, lest we are called fools. Are you good at solving brain teasers? Have you ever been stumped by a brain teaser?

Sudoku - easier to do in print than on the screen!

To all sudoku fans, have you compared your time when you did a puzzle on paper vs when you did one on your computer screen (e.g. at http://websudoku.com or http://sudoweb.com)?

I realised it's a lot easier to do on paper than on screen! I'm not sure why, I'm using an LCD monitor and it looks ok on my screen, I just take longer! Sometimes I can't complete it when it's on screen too, but I can complete it when it's on paper!

Anyone have this same experience? Or know why this is so?

A simple and very funnyu brain teaser for all my friends at my lot,try it out .

What is the centre of PIG ? >I am only sending this to my smart friends . ( I didn't get
>it either)
>I could not figure it out and had to look at the answer. If you can figure
>out what these words have in common, you are a lot smarter than I am.
> Banana
>
> Dresser
>
> Grammar
>
> Potato
>
> Revive
>
> Uneven
>
> Assess
>
>
> Are You Peeking Or Have You Already Given Up?
> Give It Another Try....
>
> You'll kick yourself when you discover the answer.
>
> Go back and look at them again; think hard.
> OK... Here You Go.. Hope You Didn't Cheat.
>
> This Is Cool.
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
> Answer:
>
> In all of the words listed, if you take the first letter, place it
> at the end of the word, and then spell the word backwards, it will
> be the same word. Did you figure it out?
> Even if you didn't don't worry just send it to more people and
> stump them then you'll feel better

I am sorry its taking me a wee while to get round to reading and rating but I will do , xx

A little boy that heard him bragging went up to him and said he could stay under water for 10 minutes without any equipment or air pockets. The magician said if the boy could do that he'd give him 10,000 dollars. The boy ended up getting that money, how did he do it?

Solve the puzzle and get the best response from me

Hey guys iam going to place puzzles..If anyone comes out with a answer i will mark them as best response....then i will start the next puzzle.....then the next best response.....So guys be first to get the best response...
this is my first puzzle.
1.In this logic puzzle,a man is travelling with a tiger,a goat and a cabbage. At one point of his journey he comes to a river which is two deep to wade across and too wide to swim across,so he is in a confusion on how to continue. He notices a small boat tied to the near shore, but the boat is too small to take everyone at a time. But its large enough so that he can take one at a time, either tiger or goat or a cabbage at a time..not all at a time..
The problem is that if he takes the tiger first, then the goat will eat the cabbage,if he takes the cabbage first with him the tiger will eat the goat..
So the solution u have to give me is that how did he take everyone safely?
Come on guys....who answers first will get the best response award...then i will start the next puzzle...........

Lateral thinking. 1. Rubber shoes are worn for tennis.
      Cleats are worn for baseball.
      Spikes are worn for running.
In which sport are the shoes made of metal?

2. While standing on a concrete floor, it is possible to drop an egg three feet without breaking the shell. Nothing is used to break the fall. How is it done?

3. An American citizen visits 10 foreign countries in one day. He has no passport. He is welcomed in each country and leaves of his own accord. How can he do this?

4. A healthy young man died on a wide, flat, grassy path, about 200 feet from a gate. He was fully clothed and had a stick in his hand. He did not die from a heart attack. He was not murdered. How did he die?

5. You have a chance to join a board of directors. A strange rule applies. You have to choose between two pieces of paper: one with a "yes" and one with a "no". If you choose the "yes" paper, you become a director. If you choose the "no" paper, you are dismissed from the company.
A rival has substituted a "no" paper for the "yes" paper and tells you just as you are entering the office for the interview. You are not allowed to speak during the interview. You must choose one piece of paper.
How can you assure you will be selected to be on the board?

Can you answer this riddle?

My friend told me a riddle and I cant figure out the answer.
