Fast food restaurant such as McDonald's or KFC now even only give tomato sauce if we ask for it, if not they usually only give chili sauce. Since we used to eat spicy food, usually restaurant that attracts many foreign tourists will lessen the spiciness of the food. Eating spicy food of course will make you sweat and drink a lot of water. So, do you like to eat spicy food?

Which is your favorite sauce?

Hi friends, I like Soya sauce, Mayonnaise sauce, chili sauce, which is your favorite sauce?

My all-time favorite is ketchup. It is what I have used since I was a kid. I love ketchup on so many things.
Sometimes now, I like to dip them in ranch salad dressing. And on some rare occassions I will dip them in tartar sauce.

A strange concoction that worked!

I was walking through the grocery store a few weeks ago, when I smelled a rather delightful aroma - kinda sweet, but kinda chili-like. I turned a corner and found a store employee sitting at a table with an electric skillet and some delicious looking - and smelling - meatballs. She said they were meatballs in cranberry chili sauce. I tried one, and they were delicious!

I asked how hard they were to make, and she said all they needed were meatballs (conveniently, she sat across from the frozen food section where pre-cooked Italian meatball happened to be), cranberry jelly (the canned stuff without the berries), and chili starter (she recommended Tabasco chili starter because that's what the store carries and she was getting paid to do this). I'm usually not an impulse shopper, but this was too easy and I was already going to be getting supper started late. I bought the ingredients and when I got home, heated up the meatballs in the microwave, added cranberry jelly and chili starter in equal proportions, and heated the whole thing up until the jelly had melted (making the sauce) and mixed with the chili started and we had a really quick and delicious supper in about 15 minutes.

Have you ever combined things that seemed odd to come up with something wonderful?

What is your favorite eat canned foods?

When I'm in a hurry and don't have time to cooked I always settled with canned goods. We always have stock of canned goods in our house. We have sardines, tuna, corned beef, pork and beans, liver spread, sausages, chili con carne, and more.

My favorite canned food is chili con carne.[em]rasp[/em]
I like the beans and beef in that chili sauce.[em]rasp[/em]

Chili con carne (often known simply as chili) is a spicy stew made from chili peppers, meat, garlic, onions, and cumin. Traditional chili is made with chopped or ground beef. Variations, either geographic or by personal preference, may substitute different types of meat, and may also include tomatoes, beans, or other ingredients. The name "chili con carne" is a variation of the Spanish chile con carne, which means peppers with meat.

Do you have any favorite canned foods?
What is it?

Thank you for sharing..
Have a nice day..

It stimulates my appetite. Hehe. There are also other sauces out there, like sweet chili sauce, or the standard pizza sauce which isn't that spicy. I've also seen people use ketchup for their pizza. I think the spiciness also depends on the brand.

How about you? Do you want want your pizza to be really hot and spicy?[em]drool[/em]

Making Magnificent Meatloaf

Here are a few suggestions that could make your humble meatloaf the talk of the dinner table, and save you some time and effort as well.

1. There is no rule that states that meatloaf HAS to be mixed with your bare hands; or with a specific kitchen utensil. A quick way to mix that's easy on your hands is to put all the ingredients in a large ziploc bag, seal, and mash together..till all is blended fairly well. Avoid overmixing..this can cause a tough meatloaf.

2. Avoid meatloaf "cling": Put a strip of raw bacon on the bottom of your pan before filling with the meat mixture. The bacon adds flavor and prevents your entree from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

3. Meatloaf toppers: Add a can of mushroom soup, tomato sauce or chili sauce to the top of your meatloaf 20 to 30 minutes before it's done..delicious!
