For me i have set myself into a routine, when i go online i first visit my top 5 sites. 
1. yahoo - for my every day mail
2.mylot - for fun and earning money 
3.neobux - for earning money
4. stablebux - (because i'm a pioneer here) in making money 
5. facebok - fun communicating and socializing.

After this five site i do what ever comes in my mind to visit in the internet.
