I have been a stay at home mom for 12 years now, and in these tough economic times I have been searching for a real job where I can earn $500-$1000 per month, to help with the money situation at home. I had found a great job where I was earning about $6.00/hour, and there was no startup fee. But they changed their pay scale and I wound up averaging around $1.50-$2.00/hr. It was great while it lasted. I think I could earn more if I could get some people under me working. I have also heard of Alpine Access, where you can work from home answering customer service inquiries. This will not work for me, because You have to have a quiet environment while you work, in the summer time, when my kids are home I do not have a quite environment. I was wondering if there is anyone else out there that has found a real paying job making decent money from home. There are those offering this chance for free and there are those offering a 1 time membership and there are those that offers this opportunity to make money online with a monthly recurring fee. There are 2 prominent arguements on this: Argument #1: If a website offers you a chance to earn a decent amount of money for a fee then stay away from those sites. Supporters of this argument are saying that the opportunity to earn money online should be free. The people working should be the one paid and not the website or clubs. Argument #2: There's no such thing as "free lunch". Are there still something that is free in this day and age. Everything comes with a price. In every business, there should be an investment and websites offering this chance to earn money are telling us that the membership fee is an investment if one wants to succeed. It is time consuming to sift thru them all and boring as well. Unless you are a graphic designer or own a business, there is no real easy way to earn money...make a living off the internet. Even on E-bay, the only people that I know that really succeed, also get out and purchase things to sell. they do their research on values of different things and go out looking. If you want to make money from home then you have to be creative and be willing to work a bit. I am a single mom and have always had to make money on the side just to make ends meet. at one point, I was raising 4 on my own with very unpredictable child support...usually none coming in. I have done sewing for money, I have done daycare, carpenter's laborer & finish work, laundry for people. I have cooked meals for the elderly and cleaned apts for those that want their deposit back but don't have time to clean when they move out. All those jobs, I did beyond my regular full time job but all could be done full time. Currently, i work full time and I have one child still at home. Becuz of the economy, times are tough. Her dad does not pay child support. Some will say...take him to court! No! When the going gets tough the tough get going. I refuse to rely on anyone for our well being! As many of you here know, I make incense burners on the side. Well when thing really got tite, I bumped up my work. It's been a couple of months and I'm making a profit...big profit actually. I work hard and it is working...even have a partner. The beauty in it is that I love doing it and it is also keeping my daughter and I afloat. The greater beauty is that it is teaching my daughter some very good lessons by example. she told me, "mom...I love your passion and I love that you are not arguing with my dad."
