We had been an inseparable threesome. We had viewed Harry Potter and Lion King, Anastasia and Mulan, Charlie's Angels and the Sound of Music perhaps a hundred times each on DVD. The girls know the scripts and songs by heart. We had enjoyed playing the piano, singing, drawing, cooking, reading and praying together. Our humble abode had never been quiet. Conversation had been a pastime. Alas, my two babies are now all grown up and in college. The university had become their present universe. I am very much alone. The news on the radio and the programs on television are not much of a company. My nest, during daytime, is always empty. Have you experienced such?

How many of your relatives are mylotting?

I happen to invite my sister and cousin in mylot, they have accepted and started discussing also. Its sometime easy to discuss things because they will surely respond me. They sometime motivate me to write things which I would have written if not for them. But its not comfortable to discuss all things all the time. So how many of your relative are using mylot these days? Please share anything regarding this.

How often do you cook a hot breakfast....

...for yourself or your family? Is it just special occasions like holidays, only weekends, only when everybody is home, or rarely, if at all? Do you think it's important to do this once in awhile or often? If so, why, if not, why not?

Will I tell my cousin what I saw?

[em]happy[/em]I saw my cousin's husband with another girl. My friends and I were at the bar when this guy came in together with the girl. At first, I wanted to believe they were just friends but later I saw with my two eyes that they were already hugging and sitting too close to each other. My friends also saw them having hugging each other as they were just sitted on a table next to ours. I am not sure if I will tell my cousin about this for I might start the trouble between them.

Could anyone help me about this?[em]shocked[/em]

Relatives from Hell

Do you have relatives that you wish would just die and leave you in peace? Or show up on your door step begging for a place to crash for a few days and stay mounts? Well you are not alone

My Husband has this cousin that if we never see her and her husband again it will be too soon. Twice they have invaded us , the last time we had to call the cops to get rid of them. They are the worst kind of people alive. They expect every one else to take care of them and give them the things they want.
The first time they showed up it was right after her father died and we felt sorry for them. But that soon changed. We found out they were drunks and made their money panhandling. They could work ( he is a roofer when he's sober) but did not want to. So we got them out of our house finely.
Then four years latter they showed up saying they wanted to clean up their act and would we help.Being good people we said yes. Big mistake. We finely had to call the cops to get them to leave.

What would you do if you find out your girlfriend/ boyfriend is related to you?

I took a picture of me and my girl and someone saw it and ask if we were sister or cousins. I said no! That's my girl. When i really compared us on the picture i realize that we really look alike but what if we were related what would i do?Tell me what would you have done if you found out that your mate is related to you after so many months and maybe years of love and maybe sexual activities (such as kissing*don't get your mind shifted*). Tell me in details i would really want to know what you would do.

Single mom are more wiser than those who are single?

When it comes to personal experience, single mom are considered to be more careful or wiser regarding decision making, parenting and any other family related things, I observed it with many of my friends who are single mom today, what can you say?[em]rolleyes[/em]

Works of art!

Holidays mean a visit with my grandkids. They live in another state so I don't see them often. They grow up SO fast! This week I supervised my seven and nine years old granddaughters while they made cookies. What a treat! The older one sliced the dough and the younger placed them on the cookie sheet. I put them in and out of the oven.
Then I gave them free rein to decorate them. These are their works of art.

do you ever feel jealous to a friend?

hehe...do you?

i have come to this topic coz i remember when i was still in on my teen age years, i have this close friend that i am always with. we are very close that every weekend i am in their house & we are always together in most activities...
since we are that close, we are also close to our parents, i mean me to his mom & she to my mom...
but, in the long run, i feel something strange, hehe i feel jealous on her coz she & my mom becomes very close! haha closer than we are... and she calls my mom 'mommy' something like that and my mom always talk about her...and whenever we are together, i feel like they are already have this mother-daughter relationship more than me to my mom! huh!

but anyway, that happens long time ago & everything is fine now, we are still friends and she's still close to my mom, same with me to her mom...

how about you? do you ever feel this way to your friend? hehe like you feel jealous on them, in some way? how was it?

We talk about everything under the moon. I can truly say she is one of the closet people I know. I hope all of us have that with our sister's. I know not all of us have it this good. Happy New year!
