In fact, felons, gangsters, wife-beaters, and the dangerously mentally ill can buy as many military-style assault weapons, semi-automatic pistols and other firearms as they can carry, with no questions asked.
They just have to know where to go.
Anyone can buy an assault rifle without a permit underground.... should they be prosecuted if found with such weapons,& NO permit? What is YOUR opinion on this topic? My opinion is YES they shouldbe prosecuted IF caught with this type of weapon,no matter what.. They can ONLY be upto no good with an assault rifle...Lori

RIght to carry a concealed weapon?

What do you think about the right to carry a concealed weapon... do you think it should be allowed?.....I know this is a hotly debated topic.... so what are your views?

Are you scare to see a gun yourself?

From my personal opinion, one of weakness of our nation is allowing people to access gun easily. I don't know how easy people get their guns, they might use it for wrong reason in a wrong time, wrong place. Yesterday, I went over my friend's apartment and help him fix his television. He showed that he recently registered a handgun, and he show it to me while he was playing with it like a toy. Although the bullets are emptied from the magazine. I just not comfortable to see it. I told him stash away, and it wasn't a toy. What if it was backfire, and it accidentally loaded while there was a child present, or another innocent people at the scene. I just not comfortable to have a gun or see it myself. 2 out of 4 of my friends possess a handgun, and I just still don't understand why the government so easily allow people to purchase it.

Please take this question seriously...

I think Everybody, here in my lot have an outdoors once in your life.. She said that she could not have a gun in her house in case she used it on her husband! What wouldn't you trust yourself to have in your house? I know there are alot of crimes involving guns but we have the right to defend ourselfs. We have to be able to keep ourselfs and our families alive and well. With or without guns there will always be crimes involving guns... So think about it do you want prepared or dead? Your choice... My choice is being prepared and aware... My family will be protected and safe because I have the right to do so. I will fight for this right. I beleve that people are always going to be bad, but the ones that are smart and prepared are the ones that are going to live. So lets hear what you have to say about guns...

One reason for not keeping your gun in your pocket.......

A man who was having lunch in a Colorado hospital cafeteria was accidentally shot in the thigh as he went to get some change out of his pocket to pay for his meal and had inadvertently fired his gun in his trouser pocket.
He was at the hospital visiting a family member.

The hospital security guards immediately responded to hearing the gun shot and seized the man's gun who was treated at the hospital and then later released.

He now faces possible misdemeanour charges of unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon, prohibited use of a weapon and reckless endangerment.

How scary is it to think that people are walking around the hospital with a gun in their pocket, yeah ok he may not have meant to use it but it was loaded and in his pocket. That's why cops and such use gun holsters. Im sure he has learnt his lesson!!

Why?

I own a few guns. I do take care of them. I clean them and inspect them to make sure they are in good working order. I use some of them for hunting. I also keep guns around for home security. All of my children have been educated in gun safety. Please understand my children are older. They are not babies. My children own their own guns. They hunt deer in the winter. We have a lot of property for them to go hunting on. It is good when the whole family helps to put meat in the freezer for the year.

What about you? Do you have any guns? Why do you have guns? Do you hunt or do you just collect guns?

Finally as midnight aproached we locked him in the closet under the stairs.

So wild he was that there was no controlling or consoling him any longer. We tried our best and barracaded the entrances and windows. Finally near the end he was crying and howling in the agony for it all to stop and we could not take it longer and had to lock him up and quiet and peace finally came to the poor suffering and tormented soul.
How about you? have you a problem with kids or pets, like our dog, who are absolutely terrified of noises like those from fireworks and firearms of any kind?
