I never understand what's so great and nice in getting slim like that. Getting slim makes girls look good but not not if it's extreme. Have heard about reports saying that many models even died by eating nothing for many days just for the cause of becoming slim. Getting terribly thin doesn't make anyone look cute and beautiful, but but a certain extend of slimness is really good and hot. Also, if the case is they are not extremely slim, but are a bit fat, then that's not good too. Something like Megan FOx in transformers is good!

what slimming pills do you used? or you prefer?

What slimming pills do you actually use? or pills that you prefer to use because your friend is using it and it worked? What are the side effects that you've encountered?

Does sleep late or not enough sleep can help us lose weight ?

I just wondering does sleep late or not enough sleep can make us lose weight ? Read this one to reveal the secret ingredient.

here are the things you need to do.

1. when you wake up, bursh your teeth(so that your tastebud won't feel food or you won't crave one.)

2. drink 500ml of water. (around 3 glasses. first, you'll feel heaviness in your stomach because it has nothing in it. you'll feel that way for the first time, but you'll get used to it. JUST always think "I WANT TO LOOSE WIGHT.")

3. after 2 hours from the time you drank the 500ml water, eat your normal meal (it doesn't matter if you eat much of not, just eat your usual meal.)

4. during mealtime, DON'T drink any COLD drinks(water, softdrink, juice, etc. so that the food you've eaten will easily digest in your stomach. if you drink cold liquid, the fats wouldn't burn. it will leave only in your tummy.)

5. So, what do you drink during mealtime? any LUKEWARM liquids(it could be LUKEWARM water, LUKEWARM tea, LUKEWARM softdrinks, LUKEWARM juice.)LUKEWARM will do, as long it is LUKEWARM.(the hot liquids facilitates your stomach digesting those fats and cholesterol.)

6. after 1 hour, you can drink ALL the COLD drinks you want...(you can drink also beer, but you must be discipline during mealtime.)

7. make it a habit to drink 500ml of water 2 hours before the meal. thats it!!and during mealtime, DON'T you ever drink anything that is COLD.

so, do you know what is the secret ingredient already?
hmmm..so what do you think?

My TIPS so you wont have a Big, Fatty & Flabby Tummy... ;-)

well, i just want to share with you some of my secrets how i maintain my flat tummy ...

its simple, when you had finished eating your meal, dont sit immediately, or lie down or even sleep... this is one of the factors why we will have more fats being stored in our tummy.

take a walk for awhile or just stand up like around 10 to 15 minutes or so.

that's it.. its simple to do but it needs patience and courage to do it. not to be lazy and just dont care on it.

Losing weight

I have recently read that Optifast will really help to reduce weight.
