What it is, is a allergic reaction to wheat and glutten and can make you realy sick. For the last month and a half i havent been able to keep anything down and i spent alot of time in bead becuse i'm so tired and have no energy. I went from 140 pds in the begining of Nov. and when i got on the scale in Dec. 10 i weighted 110 pds. I have alot of pain in my stomach so we decided to do a upper GI and found out that i have ulsers, acid reflux and alot of damage to my stomach. My stomach is red and puffy and he did some byopsies on a few spots that he was worried about.

Anyways now i'm on a gluten-free diet and I feel so much better. But finding gluten and wheat free products is hard. So if any of you have any pointers, any recipies, and any idea on where to get gluten free products would be so helpful.

I hope to hear from all of you and hope that I can help anyone who has this to.

He described his symptoms, and since I had a lot of them too, I decided to try an experiment with a gluten-free diet. So, in four days, most of my symptoms disappeared. I no longer have to rush to a restroom right after I eat, and I don't have to take pain releivers every night when I go to bed so my legs won't hurt. It is like a miracle.

If there is anyone else who is gluten intolerant out there, let me know what products you buy that are gluten free.

Can Anyone Recommend a Gluten-Free Cookbook?

Ijust started a gluten-free diet last week, for health reasons.
