The first machine i bought was an assembled one. How many of you guys use assembled machines? By assembled i mean its a machine/computer build using parts bought from different vendors or manufacturers and then put together to build a computer. I have liked this approach because i get what i want as per the compatibility of those hardware parts and also because it is a lot cheaper than the fixed configuration given by say a computer manufacturer. Also you get to choose what you want? Would you like using such a system ? Or would you prefer buying a branded machine ?If so why ?
