Well I filed for child support because he wasn't wanting to help me and I feel that its not my sole responsibilty to support my son. Well it has taken the child support system months to track him down as it turns out he entered false info on the paternity papers like a false social security number, address and even name. Yep what he said was his name isn't his real name. Then I learn he has a bunch of false names, false addresses. I also discovered that his wife isn't dead but indeed still alive and living in his town and they have children. Well he brought a gun into my home a few weeks ago and told me he would kill me if he saw me with another guy. Then he makes threats to me and my family and tells me if I attempt to get child support he and his lawyer will take me to court and get custody of my son out of spite. Well after seeking help at a womens shelter I was urged to file a PFA which I have. I also received papers from child support services that they finally tracked him down. However I am scared to death about the whole custody thing. Both the judge and lawyer doing my PFA case told me to not back down. Any advice on what to do next. I want sole custody of my son. I can't afford a lawyer because I just finally got a car and a chance to go back to work. Any advice? My hubby has a case where he is trying to get visitation with his daughter. Now shes four and he hasnt seen her much so he understands he needs to go slowly to build a bond but......his ex is demanding an 8 month plan that requires supervised visits by her (can a bond be built with mom there I think not), he must drive three hours only to get two hours with his daughter, she is demanding that she dont meet us for a minimum of 8 months even though she has her visiting our house for 8 hours towards the end (so im not allowed in my own house). i think this plan sounds just silly. So what do you guys think? I mean my hubby has not been there but he has donee nothing wrong to warrant supervised visits thats his big complaint and the whole she cant meet us cause we are not family well im her step mom hello. When he was about five years old, his mom had to work abroad as a domestic helper, while his father was here in the Philippines, working as a construction worker and was the one who had to look after him. His mom had some luck abroad since the family she was working for treated her like their own family member. As the mom was starting to have a better life, her mom and sisters entered into the scene. To make the story short, they became the witches and for some petty rumors, his parents separated. (I know the reasons were petty since I witnessed everything but I was too young to meddle. And up til now, I am keeping it inside me, I wanted to voice it out, but I know it's too late...and she won't listen.) He was seven then, and since he was with his father, he chose to live with him. His mom hated him for some reasons, and as a young child who could not understand what was happening, he wrote her a letter disowning her as his mom. The mom got so mad at him and considered him dead. He grew up as a terrible teenager. On his junior high school, he had his first child. He lived together with the girl and they were happy though they were dirt poor. They could not find a decent job since they haven't even finished high school. After 21 years, his mom was able to forgive him after begging on the phone. Up to this time, the mom stays abroad, a millionaire. The mom asked him and his family to live in her empty house here in the Philippines with some conditions. And that includes following his mom's sisters. And petty rumors started again. The mom after 3 months, asked his wife to leave her house with their now, two children, and asked him to choose between his wife and the mom. He chose the mom. And now the wife is making a living by collecting garbages on the street just so to feed their two children. They live near the creek. While he lives alone in a big house, driving his own car now, and has already enrolled to finish school. Thinking about the wife makes me really sad and teary. How could he dump her and their kids just like that. I witnessed how they lived together in poverty. And I know he didn't choose his mom because he needs a mom, but because of the mom's money! I might sound like I am judging him, but I know him so well. We grew up together under our grandmother's care. His mom's my father's sister and his father's my mom brother. Thinking about the mom makes me furious! How could she let history repeat itself to her son! It just makes me real sad how money could change people into monsters! We use to make the money ready in our account on 7th itself.. During the March End, our head office due to some Auditing purpose, they transfer all our bank account money was transferred to our Head office Account (Mumbai Account). In the first Week we have some Leave has been offered.. Office re-open only on 10th, The cheque has come to bank, and get dishonoured.. The person called our boss, and inform the details, my boss gets very angry, he called our Accounts person and shout like anything.. He also forget the mumbai account money transfer. He called the bank and they said only minimum balance is available in all our account (we have 7 account in the said bank) Afterwords only he recognise that the H.O. money transfer, he come to boss and inform the same, then boss called the MD at mumbai, and ask them to transfer the fund, and inturn the Account person in mumbai is on leave for two days.. So after Two days only the money will get transferred, then only the cheque re-deposited and get passed.. Do you have experienced anything like this?? Post your comments..
