You find an interesting book and buy it home but pack it and seldom read it in spite of promising yourself read it soon. And when you borrow a book you have an impulse to finish reading it as soon as possible. I am just behave this way and I hesitate when find a good book in a bookstore.

It's almost 3 years overdue! Um hello? And another time I went to get on a wait list for a book that was checked out and they said the lady had it for 8 months already. What is up with this? Why would people not want to return the library books?
