But I really hope he passes. Neither I or my hubby have passed our driving exams and with 3 children it is something that is on the top of our list.

I am really tired today as I worked last night, but my neighbors have decided to do building work next door so you can imagine the noise, plus my nerves for my husband. So I will just have an early night tonight I think.

Did you pass your driving test first time? If not how many attempts did it take you?

Will You Cry When You Have Grown Up?

Cry can release sadness and protect ourselves. When we grow up, we get used to repression, no longer cry loudly.

Why show our weakness in front of people. Maybe our cries are considered petulance. It is useless to cry. We have to solve the problems by ourselves after wiping tears. That kind of action only wastes time. Pretend without any troubles and deal with anything as usual. There isn’t more energy left to think any other problems. We had better go to bed after wash. If eyes become swollen because of crying, we will no longer as beautiful as before. Let us own a large heart. Tears mean a normal heart. Pains mean hearts are sensible.

Do you have time to cry? Do you cry now? Will you cry when you have grown up?

Do you have Cable TV and the Music Channels?

I have Direct TV and I have all the bells and whistles. All the movie channels like HBO and Showtime and it comes with all kinds of music channels that don't carry video with them just music. Personally, I think they are a waste of money. Why have the music without the video to go with it. What do you think? I don't pay any extra for it and won't pay any less if they took it away.

Do you listen to the same type of music now as you did when you were young?

I pretty much listen to the same kind of music as I did when i was younger. There are a lot of people that have a huge change in their taste for music as they have gotten older though. I have broadened my horizons though and do listen to several types of music that I did not when I was younger though. What about you? Has your taste for music stayed the same or is it different now?

Chronic health problems...a license to be cranky and demanding?

[em]confused[/em] Hello all :))

I know of a number of people who suffer with chronic illnesses (I am one of them), and there are some who seem to take it in their stride and maintain kindness toward others and stay as independent as possible.

And then there are those who seem to use their illnesses as a license to be demanding, attention seeking, and perpetually grouchy or even mean. When is it okay to tell them to stop it?

Do you know people like this? How do you deal with them, or do you just humor them because they are ill?

Myself, I like to live as independently as possible, still contribute, and such. And I hate to put others out, even though it is sometimes necessary to ask for help.

Your opinions and experiences are most welcome :))

We find ourselves doing our own morning rituals like brushing your teeth, washing your face or whatever. But besides that, what do you actually do first thing your eyes opens? As for me, I pray and talk to God and thank Him for giving me a good night sleep or simply talking to him about protecting me and guiding me throughout the day. I just noticed that actually recently when I really decipher what I really do first thing I wake up.

What is Your Favorite Color?

Mine is black. i love it because it is a universal color. both men and women can wear it. it is dark. it goes with anything. some people say that it is sliming. others say it is sophisticated and eligant. ancients say it protects the aura. what ever. i guess. i just like black. what ever. besides, why waste time posting and replying to serious kind of topics. i just wanted to do something fun and unimportant. thanks for the replies, in advance. what is your favorite color?

Faithful vs Loyal: What's the difference?

I was browsing my fiance's facebook account when something struck my attention on one written on his wall. It says, "It is better to be faithful than loyal because to be faithful means, even if you are with someone else other than your partner, you still choose your partner. Whereas, to be loyal means, you only need to be with your partner because he/she needs you. Or you have to be with that someone only when you are needed."

I am actually interested with that perspective not because I can relate or perhaps is relevant to me, rather it made me think that it really made sense. There is basically a difference between the terms, "faithful and loyal".

What about you? Can you share the difference?

Sure, we are told we go to heaven or hell, but we won't be able to tell anyone when were dead! I think that this is a serious issue, and depending on your religion, you can believe what ever you want.

Now, my question is are you afraid of dying, or do you just accept you are going to pass away some day, and make the most of it?

its better to give than to receive. but we're just human and we're prone to some bad acts...:-)
have a nice day!
