With that funny hope i hosted my first website. Then it started burning me about the campaign of that site. I started link exchanging, article submissions, writting blogs, tried to do some viral marketing, then putting my site's ad in free ad sites. After 4 months i felt really tired. But i have not lost the tempo yet. Till today i am working for it's marketing. Yes, i have not spent much money for this. But i am doing shoestring marketing of my site. In the meantime, my second site is also hosted. Both my sites are targetted to earn some money. Now my efforts are doubled. Now i am working for my 3rd site, and that is a resellable books site. I know, my days are going to be tough for these three. I have a plan for hosting a site for parents of autistic children also. But with this one, i dont have have any plan of earning. But by hosting sites, making their low profile campaigns this is very hard to make some money. I planned for making money by these. Because i need money for my daughter's treatment. Still i am looking for some online scopes to earn good amount of money for her treatment as well as for my family. But [b]At the end, i want to feel that making money had been somehow easy[/b]. But i am yet to recieve the expected number of traffics to my site. I am asking to my friends in mylot for ideas for it's campaign in shoe string marketing mode, i mean less or no budget mode. I have submitted articles having links to my site in numerous article sites and they are published also. Apparently seems that i am to submit more and more articles for that. May be average 10 articles everyday. That is also quite difficult for me now a days. As some friends told, i am doing the link exchanging everyday. Most of the times, i felt that the traffics that i am getting are mostly from those linked sites. There are many free ad sites. I have submitted my site's ads in those also. Now on average 30-50 visitors are coming to my site everyday. i expect some more; approximately 400- 500 everyday. Can any of my mylot friend give me a better guideline to increase the traffic to my site? Thank you. I have some more sites under construction now. Most claim to provide tons of traffic. I read that in order to benefit from these one has to be consistent and participate every day. I also read that much of the traffic is useless.
