So, how to get

Well, then, what should we do, if we have a hectic routine and don't get much time to relax. What if I don't get sleep and I am not able to concentrate on my work?

Well, the link below is small to read and very helpful.
I found it helpful.
As, I too earlier did not sleep on time.

Do you?

I have been getting very little sleep because I work alot of hours each day. I am working seven days per week right now. I get so tired and so sleepy at times. I try to stay active and motivated to help my family though.

I hope it pays off in the long run. I think it will since I work with several sites each day. It wears me out though.

Does your work wear you out and take away from your sleep and rest time?

When do you decide to get some sleep,

close down your computer to get some rest?

The way I am, I work online, search for more opportunities, and just keep going until I get tired, my eyes are ready to just close.

So I am going to say Nite and come back in a few hours...

How about you, when do you decide to rest?[em]yawn[/em]

Unfortunatly i'm not like but it would be nice to be because I could do more without laying in bed or feeling tired. I sleep around 6-8 hours a night which is the norm.

It's hard to do this anymore

Well it is really getting harder to do this at all anymore. Just a few years ago it was an easy task. What am I talking about? Doing an all nighter. Staying up all night and continuing through the next day. I can recall as little as 3 or so years ago I could stay up all night long then through the next day doing all my daily chores with no problems. But thias New Years Day proved to be the ice breaker. My wife & I went to the Casino for a Buffet and sone gambling. I got home at about 5 a.m. was up by 8. Then after driving her to work I wanted to take a short nap. Well that was an 8 hour nap. HAHAHA. I think it's due to me being sick with a bad cold but also I think my age is catching up with me. Finally. HAHAHA! So do you pull all nighters? If not when was the last time you did?

I tried hard to sleep but my mind was undergoing a power overload and I was turning and tossing till I finally manage to fall asleep at 10am.

40 min later at 10.40am, I was suddenly woken up and it just felt as if it was time for me to get up. So that was what I did and it is now already past midnight.

Do you think one can survive on 40 min of sleep a day? Have you had similar experiences such as mine? Do share. :)

how was your day today
