I don't get out of my way just to say Hi or introduce myself to a stranger in a party. I'm just not built that way. Now, there's a study I read that people who have an outgoing personality live to a ripe old age of 100. Whew that's old!... Do I even want to reach that age? I don't think I have that outgoing personality anyway,so maybe I'll die young. I would like to see my son and daughter grow up. Consequently, it is important to have a good diet and exercise. Also, it is vital to keep the mind active. I don't know what I would do, I think I would probably spend my first few days crying and trying to grasp what would be the last of my reality.
