I thought about this last night for awhile. I had five people in mind. Marilyn Monroe- I'd want to see how she ages and changed the whole female body image of Hollywood today since she herself was a size 14 not negative 2 John F. Kennedy- I'd like to see how the country changed with him still being around making choices. John Lennon- I'm a huge Beatles fan, I'd wonder if they would reunite and if he would live to the legend he's become. Martin Luther King- I'd love for him to see his dream come alive and how he helped push the world. Abraham Lincon- I'd like to see the changes he would continue to make. But a little more thinking Marilyn was a ver disturbed person so i wouldnt want to prolong her pain, JFK, Lincon and MLK might have been killed again just a few years later so I guess I would save Lennon to see how to world changess with him around. So here it is. About 20 years ago I went to our only city and after rushing around all day decided to do a big supermarket shop as I lived in the 'bush' which then had no large grocery shops . I had one of my sons with me that day. Well, I'm not quite sure what happend, but one minute I was on tippety toe reaching for greaseproof paper that was on a shelf above a huge open freezer and the next minute I slipped and fell into the freezer. This was not good. I was wearing a straight skirt that was now around my butt and I was eye-balling the rear end of a turkey. In addition, I had hit my head on a frozen ham. The freezer was deep and the skirt did not allow me to clamber over the side of the freezer. I could not get out with any form of modesty. Shoppers were just standing there looking me in amazement? Hell, did they think that I did this on purpose? I gave a huge yell and called my son who also was amazed to see me sitting in the freezer.[em]blush[/em] My son helped or hauled me out and all the ice was clinging to me and I was dripping little puddles of water as we quickly made our way to the check out. The cashier looked at me frostily and informed me that I was dripping water on the floor. I did not need a rocket scientist to tell me that.[em]angry[/em] Three hours later we arrived back to the farm and my husband could not understand why I had so few bags of groceries and went on and on about I should have done a big shop whilst in town. I told him that I had fallen into a freezer in the supermarket. He was not quite sure whether to believe me. The son was in the bedroom telling his brothers what had happened and then my husband went in and questioned the son to find out if it was true. I could hear him saying that he was glad that he wasn't with me. I was so angry. Not even a question re my injuries inflicted upon me by dead birds. He was just glad that he wasn't there.
