I don't like to waste my time watching boring movies. I also hate to come out of a movie theatre thinking "the movie was a waste of my money".
So I like wait and watch or read reviews of movies before watching a movie. Reading reviews lets me understand what type of movie it is, is it a family movie etc.
So how do you make your decisions?

Do You Pay Attention To The Star Ratings In Movies, Or Do You Watch Them Anyway?

Tonight we watched a movies called A Daughter's Conviction about a woman who stood by her mother who was about to be falsely accused of murder. The movie only had one star. There was nothing else on TV, so we watched it. It turned out to be really interesting!!!

Do you pay attention to raitings, or are you more interested in the movie itsself?

Can you rate this movie?

Hi,

I don't know exactly what it is lack of inspiration or just lack of will.

Do you ever just have no idea what to write about? and for those that don't I was wondering what the most articles you have managed to write in one month for Helium?

How do you choose what movie to watch?

How do you make the decision on what movie to watch? Do you read reviews from professional critics, go on your friends recommendations or are you swayed by an interesting trailer?

Personally I read reviews on the net from your average Joe who isn’t paid professionally to review movies as they are more likely to be unbiased with their opinion. If they think a film is pants they will say so.

could I put movie reviews in my book?

is it copy right if i were to write movie reviews in a book im creating?also is it wrong to quote things in my book? and also is it wrong to thank strange things for my book like celebritys and such if they hadent helped out for the book?

Evan Almighty

Curious if anyone had seen this yet. I'm hearing lots of mixed reviews from the Christian population. Then to find out that most of the Christians who are dogging the movie, have not bothered to go and see it, and are relying on what other people tell them to think and feel about it.
There are some very strong Christian's in my life that have seen the movie and say that it is very good, follows the biblical account of Noah, and really addressed many of the same questions that we face today about our faith, our beliefs and our spiritual warfare!

I'd love to hear your thoughts. If you've seen it...what did you think.
If you haven't seen it...what are your reasons for not going?
