For anyone who has an HP, you know that they tend to overheat... This is actually my 2nd HP notebook because lo and behold... the first one overheated and the motherboard blew out after 4 months [em]thumbdown[/em]. Anyway, with the new one they sent me I'm trying really hard to prevent any kind of error. So I ordered a chill mat from COMPUSA 2 days ago, and it just arrived.

I was wondering if anyone else has had any experience with these things? I personally only just heard of them recently, and figured it was worth a shot.

Horror stories, happy endings? I'd love to know how these things worked out for others :]

p.s, mine seems to be helping a little so far! good stuff! [em]thumbup[/em]
