I really prefer to go eat it out, but hey, its so much cheaper to make it! And its so yummy. I first discovered taboli when I was trying to find stuff to make with amaranth, a new world grain. I learned that I had problems with amaranth, but I also discoved that I just loved taboli. Bulgar wheat, tomatos, mint, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and water plus lots of spices I'm sure, we get our base out of a box that says add water, oil & tomatos.
