I am INFECTED and I CAN'T get it REMOVED~!

I have been blessed that I have not been infected before now, I am online all the time so I thought I had all the protection I needed with my Norton Anti-Virus, along with Spybot and Ad-Aware, but today when I got on I automatically starting getting pop ups for various places, hollywood.com, movies.com, they are all different, so I put on my pop up blocker, ran all my scanners and found some that they quickly removed, although it took several reboots to get them removed, I thought I had them done, but I obviously do not, they are still lurking. I recently had downloaded Gomez Peer which pays you to surf the net and I am thinking that it is part of that software which was the first to be deleted off my system.

Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to get rid of this thing, it has obviously placed itself in the registry since I went through Add/Remove Programs and nothing is there and I searched all over Explorer and could not find anything out of the ordinary. This is my last hope before calling Dell and I am just not ready to face them today.

Grrrrrrrrr... 999th Visitor AGAIN?

Those infuriating little flashing ads that insist you're the 999th visitor to a site and have won a prize, are getting me down! I mean... can I be the 999th visitor on every single site on the web, or do you all get it as well? It makes me want to jump out of the site I've just entered, just to stop that infernal flashing right in my face! I hate it!

Three times today, I've been the 999th visitor to one, particular site... well, listen buddies... I do NOT believe you; I certainly can't be the 999th visitor THREE times in a day on ONE site, and I certainly am NOT going to claim any prize which requires me to sign up to all kinds of spam e-mail, so pleeeeease... cut it OUT!!!

How do you all feel about these flashing ads, or the ones that promise you one thing and supply you with another? I mean... nothing's for nothing in this world, right? What infuriates you MORE than these stupid flashing ads, on the Internet. Do you have a pet hate that follows you everywhere you go whilst online? I'm sure you can each tell me of at least one thing! I have never had this issue before, I don't understand the problem. My pop up blocker is still active and up to date. For some reason the ads just keep popping up. There are even adult oriented ads that I don't understand why they are coming up. It is very annoying. Anyone else have this issue?

internet

Hi, anyone know about proxy in internet.
