Then one faithful day I stumbled upon sites that offers free ebo0ks. I have read many eb0oks and I find it great.

But every now and then I miss the real books hardbacks, paperbacks... The smell of paper and the touch of paper beneath my fingers.

What is your stand on ebooks? Will you switch from paper books to ebooks? Why? Does the price matter in this case?

Will people ever stop reading books?

Do you think maybe the medium we will read them in will change?

And TextBooks are easy to carry whenever you are not at home and you can view it whereever you want...

So what would you prefer???
E-Books, or Text Books.

Share your thoughts...

Do you prefer them over real books?

I prefer real books over ebooks, except for the prohibitive cost of real books. So in order to save money, I got myself a pocket pc and read ebooks downloaded from the internet. I only buy books that I really, really love and want to keep. Like the collected poetry of EE Cummings.

Reading Ebooks

well i assume a lot here has tried reading ebooks, right? so which one would you prefer? conventional books or ebooks? as for me, i like reading ebooks because they are very handy and i can bring them everywhere as long as i have my ebook reader. but they give me twice as much headaches than the normal books.

What do you think of e-books?

Do you read e-books? I find reading on the computer screen is difficult, but there´s no denying that it´s nice to have instant access to the information. Plus, e-books are cheaper.

"real" books vs digital print

I love reading books. The ones you can hold in your hand and turn the pages are what I call "Real" books. I have written several small books on several subjects, but the cost to get them printed is huge. I prefer creating a digital book because it is easier , costs less and it is easier to add links to it and other media. Reading a book on the computer is not as great an experience as reading one in my comfy chair or in bed.

My question is which do you prefer the high cost "Real" book or the lower cost digital?

"real" books vs digital print

I love reading books.
