He is one great guy and my closest male friend in High School. First Love leaves memories that would always linger so that we would have something to ponder at present. Mostly the 4 by 400 but any kind of track relay is exciting. There is nothing better than an exciting 4 by 400 relay. Ive seen many in my time. The US on the International has the best team traditional. They hold the ecord at 2:54 and many times close to that. That eam included then World record holder Butch Reynolds, and Ucla alums Steve Lewis and Danny Everett.
Michael Johnson the world rcord holder in the 400 meters anchored many relays while at Baylor in college and anchored the US teram in two Olympics. The current US 4 by 400 relay team led by Jeremy Waringer, David Neville, Angelo Taylor and La Shawn Merrick ran a 2.55.3 at the Olympics.
Other exciting relays are the 4 by 100 relay, the 4 by 200, the sprint medley relay which includes an 800 meters, 400 meters and 2 200's. Also exciting are the Distance medley and the 6400 meter relay.
I look forward to one day see a Distance medley or 6400 meter relay between the countries of Great Britain, Kenya, Ethiopia, and USA it will be exciting.
What your most exciting relay rememberences?

its unbelievebable!

when i was sick almost 3 days in bed and i did it only apple and noodle soup, till hubby said try the chicken soup.then after i eat the soup i feel better and start to get up and walk a bit.wowwwww i feel better from the chicken soup and this chicken i dont eat at all but its only one who makes me alive aside from medicine.have you ever exeprienced like this that only soup makes you alve?

should i call?

my bf had to leve town 2 mounths ago we have been talking on the phone, but my phone got cut off i call the nuber he last called me from, but when i call his friend was like ummmmm......i hav't seem him all day i will till him u called. First off it is 10pm and I need to get up at 3am. Wanted to go to bed an hour ago but really needed to tell you all about this. Ok, so here it goes. CAMOMOM, I Love You! Wheww! That was it. I just really wanted to share that with all of you. Thank you for listening. Please if you can, relay this message to her. Load her with a ton of messages. I want her to know it and never forget. So thanks to a little help online, I found a bunch of movie rental places in Canada that charge you a monthly membership fee and send out movies to you in the mail. So far I'm with DVDLink ( www.DVDlink.ca ), which is a really small outfit in Vancouver, but their customer service is second to none and they always respond to emails really fast.

I tried the 2 week trial memberships with Zip.ca (which I hated, because the website is far too slow), Canflix.com (A good company, my second choice), DVDflix.ca, Starflix.com (out of Quebec, so shipping was slow), Cinemail.ca (good for hard to find flicks) and Relay Rentals. I found that was an awesome way to give them all a try and get a bunch of free movies to watch! :)

So do you rent movies online?

what is rss feeds

I want to know more on this topic.I didn't understand anything regarding this.If anyone knows please help...

30 year old admires woman almost half his age

I was thrilled to hear my friend a 50 year old separated woman relay to me how a 30 year old single man courts her..sends her text messages, wooing her, telling her how attracted he is to her...and although no proposal to marry is at hand, she confesses that it may be crazy but she feels something to this man too...who's very your and where their age gap is 20 years. She marvels how this 30 year old man religiously calls her even in the wee hours at night and every night even vacant hours of a day...I could tell myself age doesnt matter in love...but will it not matter when the supposed to be partners will have a 20 years gap or the woman is much older where the matter now matters ? your views....

My fellow MyLotters are you crazy ?

Do you know the number of discussions that I have seen asking your name or your email or your family number or where you born or your school or your job ... all individually seems innocent however when you look at them as a whole you are being asked your complete history and some undiscerning person/people can use this information to steal your identity.
so I ask again my fellow mylotters are you crazy in answering these discussions or do you sometimes forget to look at the broader picture? next time you see a discussion asking information about YOU ask yourself if you would answer it if it was a stranger walking up to you in the street asking it? or do you think I am paranoid ? innocence can often hide threats.

i used to send nearly 100 to 150 messages with my mobile phone per day.If we put booster pack for one month then I would be able to send nearly 750 messages for free per day.I really enjoy this facility. Each and every time I dont want to make call to my friends regarding any topic and our money is also saved comparatively.
Come on friends start sharing your views.
