Today I walked for 10 minutes (on my break just now), and burned 54 calories, it was only 1/2 mile, but 1289 aerobic steps.  

I felt winded and was coughing when I got back, I'm really out of shape, and I'm overweight (I weigh 185 but should weight 135 at most, for my height, which is 5'2").

I'm going to start walking every day.  I'm not setting a bunch of goals with time &amp; distance b/c I get upset if I don't meet my goals, and give up.  So I'm going to keep it simple and say I want to walk every day, at least a little bit.  

I'm going to probably do another lap or two around the office on lunch break so that might be another 10-15 minutes for the day.  </description><pubDate>Tue, 26 Dec 2006 12:28:06 GMT</pubDate><author>working4theweekend</author></item></channel></rss>
