[em]thumbup[/em]

Well not really. I had this friend who was trying to get into the clothing business. She made wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses and also magician's costumes. I modeled some of them for her. This picture is my own wedding dress.

We worked with a woman named Pam who had a 5 year old daughter and she was also modeling that day. Her daughter struck up a friendship with Ron Howard's daughter Bryce. (Photo studio was in a park in Encino back when he lived in that area.) Anyway, he agreed to come in and have his picture taken with each of us.

And you thought the groom was just seriously tacky, huh?

which was the last movie u saw..!

hey guys as the topic reads jus type the name of the movie tht u last saw and also rate it in stars 1 is worst and 5 is best

I was amazed, overjoyed, and proud to see some of my favorite actors portraying my favorite astronauts in "Apollo 13".
Tom Hanks: then at the top of his professional career - did an excellent job as Jim Lovell. He even reminded me of him.
Sure the haircuts weren't all that perfect, but the acting was fantastic! Add in Gary Sinese, and to me me you've got a great movie. After all, the two had worked on "Forest Gump" together, and proven that they had chemistry -- why not a space movie after that? We can thank Tom Hanks for introducing us to Mr. Sinese! And just look at him now-- starring with top billing on CSI: NY. Amazing.

Looking back at the Mercury and Apollo programs,"From The Earth To the Moon" is also a fantastic bit of work, produced by...Tom Hanks! This time around, less well-known actors were used, the feel was grittier, the costumes and casting even better, and the production values were flawless. The first part was directed by Tom Hanks, who set the stage for the other guest directors. From what I can see this was a real labor of love by Hanks. He gave it all to allow other directors and actors to sink their teeth into a miniseries that will remain vital for decades to come. I can even see that they might show this to kids in school one day, if not now! I liked this miniseries better than I liked "Apollo 13".

Coincidentally, both "Apollo 13" and "From The Earth To The Moon" are both airing today on Bravo and The Science Channel, respectively.

Have you seen these movies about the space-race?
I wonder, if you're in another country -- particularly the Russian Federation -- what did you think of either the movie or miniseries? Has it been sold where you are, and has it been translated?
I'd really like to hear from everyone! What are your thoughts?
