Until today did I know how crazy the woman would be if she faces the bargain sale. All I could see was people, peole and people, 90% of them are female. No matter they were young or old, they just focused on one thing. That was taking the production they like before other people strech out their hands. When I was among them, I even felt they had lost their head. Although most of the productions were 50% off, they were still very, very expensive.
I have been considering the reasons why woman has a crazy desire of shopping. Maybe they have accumulated much pressure or they have less resistant to the productions they like, especially they are on bargain sale.

Am I being overly frugal?

So I, like many others am watching my pennies - literally. I don't pay full price for anything, and if I dont have a coupon I usually dont buy. So a coupon to Arbys came in the mail. 99¢ for an Arby Melt which is just a roast beef sandwich with cheese. I bought 10. I have "organized" them for "safe keeping" so I have 10 meals. I have homemade things that I will make to supplement the meal like a dish of scalloped potatoes that will make 4 meals from one box. Those cost $2 each and 4 meals per box is 50¢ per meal, plus 99¢ for the sandwich - $1.50 per meal. Both are healthy dishes and I like them both.

So... am I being overly frugal or saving money in a common sense/healthy way?

"SAVE ENERGY SAVE MONEY" In 25 years we will run out of oil!

We all can help postponed this date!A reminder that we waste precious energy resources.

With the hardship of finding another job now, having savings is the thing he wished he has done a long time ago when he still has his job.
It's true that saving for rainy days like what the ants do will be most beneficial when rainy days do come in our lives. It is said that you must at least have enough savings that will last 3 months when something happened to your job like lay-offs etc.. Have you experienced something like this? What did you do? Have you learned a lesson on that experience?

Are you a....................

Saver or a spender?

When I say this, I mean do you go out to eat more than once a week, do you buy things that you really do not need? Or are you very cautiouse to where your money goes?

My parents won't let me manage my money the way I want to.

I want to put 20 percent of the money I earn into savings for college, and 10 percent in for retirement. My dad says I'm too young to worry aout retirement, and he isn't letting me set up the account. I really think that it's important to start putting money in now, and I am putting away for college too, which is what he wants. I really think it's unfair of him to tell me that I can not save my own money. How can I convince him that this is important?
