Yesterday, I found that all of my word documents have been converted to [b]Screen Saver[/b] files! How do I know? The extension of Microsof Word files is [b]*.doc[/b] whereas the extention of a screen saver file is [b]*.scr[/b]. And all my word files have got [b]*.scr[/b] extension! Oh my God! I searched in google what this problem could be. What I found was, this evil deed is done by a virus called [b]JEREMY.A[/b]! This nasty virus attacks all of the Word or Excel documents in your computer and changes the extension making it impossible to open the original word file.[em]shocked[/em] I am perplexed what to do.
