http://www.mylot.com/w/keywords/tiger+airways.aspx MyLot Discussions About tiger airways en-gb http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/1101322.aspx gone were the days that one had to travel from the country to singapore or HK and pay expensive fare! its now the days of the LCCs or low cost carriers... these LCCs include tiger airways, air asia and jetstar.. ive tried tiger airways and jetstar already and i can tell you that one can really save a lot with them.. one can now go to singapore, hk, macau, and some other southeast asian countries and pay less. there are some pros and cons though.. air asia and tiger airways's flight (with airbus 320) departs clark which is 2 hrs bus trip from manila, while jetstar depart NAIA.. and the fees and tax are not included in the airfare.. also they dont serve food, one must buy them in the aircraft.. and its not that comfortable to first time travellers, although i must say that i am already quite used to it. but if you really want to save money in airfare and just spend the money to shopping, try them! tip: book in advance to save more and check out their promos Thu, 24 May 2007 12:42:41 GMT masterviajero http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/1075339.aspx I just watched the Singapore news.
