Can U explain the concept of peer to peer downloading. I'm having muTorrent installed in my machine. But the speed is very less. I've read like the speed of the muTorrent can be increased by peer to peer downloading. But I'm not clear with the concept of peer to peer downloading. Friends , can you explain me clearly what is it ?

What websites offer free streaming episodes of tv series (ex: one tree hill)?

I've been looking for downloadable torrents, but I can't seem to find torrent for One Tree Hill. So my last resort would be looking for a site that offers free streaming of tv series.

Do you know any sites that are good? Please do share! Thank you!

Does Your Company Block Facebook on Work Computers?

According to a poll, 46% of companies (with 100 employees or more) have blocked Facebook and Twitter. The main worry from companies appears to be that employees will waste time on Facebook.

More businesses are restricting access to these kinds of sites. Employees may not like it, but these websites can represent a security risk if used carelessly. Unless there's a work purpose, many firms do not see any reason why staff should need to access them during work time.

Does your company block Facebook and other popular social network sites on work computers?
If Facebook has been blocked, do you try to find a backdoor to slip in? How to avoid wasting time on Facebook at work?

Especially if they are big and downloading 10 parts over the rapishare is pretty annoying. Are you familiar with torrents? Do you use them? What client do you use? Do you use private trackers?

I liked some features in bitcomet client but it's pretty heavy on memory usage and I had problems with it suffocating my bandwidth so I started using more popular utorrent. I'm happy with it but some options that I used are missing or at least I didn't figure out how to get them. Using private trackers is not an option for me cause my upload speed is pretty miserable right now and I'm happy with public anyway.

How to download movies in torrents?

Friends...do you know how to download movies using torrents. Bitsoup is set up such that your download speed is maxed but you need to seed for a while. Demonoid is set up such that your upload speed is maxed before you get any good download speed. I also have Iptorrent but its set up is such that its hard to keep up your ratio without donating. I also like Torrentleech but again your ratio should be good to download at fast rates. What you guys/gals think?

Do you use a legal copy of your anti virus

Almost everyone over here would be using an anti virus
Usually i downloaded anti virus software from internet from torrents and free sources where we get cracks along with it or some key generators
but after i used kaspersky i loved it , but then i tried all keys and cracks but could'nt
use kaspersky , i hesitated to buy it coz i saw on its official webpage its price was around 28 $
but i had to forcefully buy it , and to my surprise it was cheap in stores
it was only 8 $ and was a legal copy and am using it since 6 months for 3 computers
and all are working well , nowadays its cheap , unlike before the rates are not high
How many of u use a legal one / or a cracked one

what's the best torrent site for you?

Do you use torrents? If so, what’s your fave torrent site? I do use them since 2003 or 2004. The first software that I used to download torrents is BitComet. Recently though, I have been using Limewire Pro because even if it’s not that fast as BitComet is, the interface is so cool and I can even use it for downloading audio files while downloading torrents.

So which torrent sites do you go for? I use some of these quality torrent sites:
-bt junkie
-demonoid
