As the ticket checker came to check the ticket she replied to him quite undisturbed that her child who was around 3-4 years old threw the ticket out of the window. The checker was surprised for a while but as she was alone with the kid he checked her name with the list and went off. We were really surprised at the cool behaviour of the lady and thought she would be fined, It was a good escape for her.
Have you ever traveled without a ticket or have you witnessed anyone being caught and fined ?

Will you help a stranger with money?

This happened 2 years ago. I went for an interview which is far from my house. I went there on train. It was a 12 hours journey, i reached the station earlier in the morning, i had more than 4 hours to spare. I walked around the railway station.

The local language in that area was different from that of mine. A man and his daughter, came near me. They told me that they missed their train and have no money with them. they asked me for money to buy the train ticket.
What surprised me at that time was that they were from my region and Recognised me from the crowd.[em]w00t[/em]

Later i understood that they recognised me by seeing the bag which had writing in my language.[em]rasp[/em]

Ok, now what should i have done?
Will you give money to a stranger who asks for help?
[ i will tell you what i have done ][em]happy[/em]

In the railway station, I came across a lady asking for help. Exactly, the fact is she came towards to me and asked for help. I smiled to her and acted as a gentleman, surely I am a gentleman all the time. She told me that she lost her tiket and wanted to buy a new one but she did not have enough money. "how much?" "14", I gave her money for 14 was a small money for me but a big money for her in that case if her story was true.
But later I thought that may be there were other good ways to fix it.
What was the best way in that cace in your opinion?
