These two hints came from my apartment complex's newsletter...

How to get coffee out of fabric--

Rinse it with cold water.
Work in a drop or two of dish washing liquid
or hand soap and rise well.
If this does not work,
treat the stain with a mixture of 1 part white
vinager to 3 parts water.
Rinse again and then launder.

How to keep rust rings from forming in cabinets or vanities

Paint clear nail polish on the bottom rim of the items such as shaving creme, hair spray, scouring power and disinfectant sprays.

Share your household tips here for the myLot community.
Thanks.

It is a lovely art and I wish I could do it. Alas I never had the chance yet. Yet I say. I have long admired others who produce such beautiful works and I always find a nice quilt so comforting in the home.
You can do blogs, a profile, and video on the site to show off your work.
Any takers?

When celebrate a birthday or wedding, whether it is a waste could not only measured by how much money you spend on it. Different people have different opinion on waste, maybe for a man who has a good income , he think it is okay to take 1000 rmb to celebrate his birthday, but for some people who live in a faraway countryside and can not afford their children go to school, 1000 rmb mean too much for them.

So , I would like to make this question more specific to : what wedding and birthday bring us , how can we make it be more significant for us.

Human being has vanities, they would like show a good performance than bad one, they want others think they are happy and successful, so u have to spend money on your vanities, human being has another character, to share feeling and happiness .For individuals, whenever u conquer a huge difficulty, meet new life’s coming, wedding, for a group of people to celebrate the birthday of Republic of China ,the first time human being launched on moon…. I believe most people will not ignore these moment, this is the moment people cheers. cheers need money too.
For example, a wedding, it is an evidence of your love, it is the minute tells you ,somebody will share the rest life with you , will help you, support you without any requirements. It is a key time for the couple, people want to celebrate this time that mean lots for them .when they get old , they can remember how they celebrate their wedding and birthday, the pictures ,films and materials can remind them so many joys.

Do not treat your wedding and birthday as a event just related with yourself, we are not isolated, there many elements that build up the society, like family, friends ,colleagues , when we get married , we should show our respect to them, it is a great opportunity to communicate with them, people will show their care and respect to you in return, maybe ,some people are too busy to attend some normal party, but I believe people would available at your wedding and birthday if they really care about you , cause it is the key time .And make a key time really like a key time, money is needed.

Birthday Party and wedding can bring us opportunities to show our feeling , show our success, show our respect to person who were invited, it can bring us chances to get close with friends, relatives, also make new friends, it can bring us happiness, and it brings us a memory day . what else? Maybe we can truly understand what birthday Party can bring us only when we have our own children, we can truly understand what wedding can bring us only when we get married.

Do not forget , what the most important is love, although money can make happiness, but not all the times, however, money should not be the only ruler to account happiness. Since you have love , you will design a optimal wedding and birthday Party program.

manicure and pedicure

are u so particular of how your fingernails and toenails look like? do you want it to be clean always or want it to look colorful of nail polish. how often do you clean or have them manicured and pedicured? some people would first look at ones nails for impression. they say that how ones nails look will speak about that person.

i know of a male friend who have his toenails and fingernails pedicured every week. that's one of his vanities, i guess. we would always be embarrased because his toenails look clean than ours considering that we are women. sometimes he would comment when he's with you when buying shoes, that the shoes don't look good in you because of the sight your toenails. lol

a simple trimming of nails and a little scrub is enough for me. i don't even like very colorful and bright nail polish. i prefer skintone and colorless ones. what about you?
