We have a new hypnotist in the community that advertises for help with weight loss and now I see one about helping with cigarette smoking. I have seen it done in shows and such and I wonder if it is realistic to think that this could help. I am unable to be hypnotized and I think it is because i won't let someone have that kind of control over me. Would you be hypnotized? Have you been in the past? What are your thoughts?

I Am So Frustrated With My Tummy. What Should I Do?

I just noticed that my tummy is getting bigger. I wanted to resolve this issue but as much as possible, I do not want to take diets pills and the likes. Can you tell me about an effective exercise that will make the tummy flatter? Something that I can do in the office? I am working in a call center and I want to be able to use some of my spare time exercising in my station. Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

How to Lose Weight Fast & Safely?

Nowadays, for fat people, there are many things they can do to shed pounds, losing weight quickly.

Poke me with a fork and see if I'm done, then just roll me out the door, okay?[em]lol[/em]

It appears that over the last few years, I have traded my drug addiction for a FOOD addiction. Wouldn't be so bad if I liked healthy food, but I'm a cheeseburger/bacon/pizza/fried chicken/smashed potatoes/biscuits 'n gravy kind of guy.[em]wub[/em]

Yep...one fat 'n sassy Lamb sittin' here...

I keep thinking about going on a diet...I know packing this extra weight around isn't good for me...but food is such a good substitute for so many things...

Feeling lonely?

Keep a bucket of chicken or a half gallon of ice cream company.

Feeling depressed?

Cheer yourself up with a couple bacon cheeseburgers.

No matter what your problem is...food is there for you!!!

And it will sit and listen to all your complaints without saying anything...

I'll be back...I gotta go scramble some eggs in butter...

Do you have a weight problem?

I've been working away most of the morning into the afternoon, I couldnt believe what time it was when I finnally looked up at the clock it's 2pm OMG. I didnt even get to eat lunch oh well but the thing is Im really starting to get hungry now. I've been doing really good with my deit Im trying to lose my weight after having my baby almost 2 months ago I've lost 30 pounds already and Im really happy with that but I have a long way to go still cause I want to lose 50 more because I was already overweight before I became pregnant then the weight I put on with the pregnancy didnt help none. Were having a big dinner tonight cause were having company over and it's one of my favorite meals so I guess I feel like I shouldnt eat this late in the afternoon because for one we will be eating at 5 and its a lot of food cube steak baked and simmered in gravy with corn and homemade dinner rolls and peanut butter pie for desert I will definately be going walking after our guest leave tonight LOL. I also heard these two information from a Doctor who give prescription by herbs and natural ways.
What do you think? Anyone who try this method? Did it work?

Do you worry about getting fat?

Do you watch what you eat and maybe even count how much calories you have put into your body?

Some people say that they keep track of how many calories they have eaten in a day. But I don't know how they are able to keep track of it. A cereal box says 1 serving is this much calories, but how much cereal is one serving exactly? I understand the nutritional value label on the cereal box but I don't know how much is one serving so how the heck do people keep track of how many calories they have eaten?

I don't worry about what I eat as long as I exercise enough.

What about you?

My Grandma has a scale in her bathroom, but it gives you a different weight every time you step on it, so nobody believes that scale anymore. I'm one of those weird girls that doesn't worry about her weight, I don't know why. I don't have a scale, and my parents probably do have scales but they're hidden somewhere in this house. I don't know if they have their "target weights" marked on them or what [em]rolleyes[/em] ..or their last weigh-in results...but whatever the reason is, they hide their scales from each other, and also from me. I don't care, I don't want their dumb scales anyway. What about you? How often do you weigh yourself? Do you weigh yourself all the time? Are the results frightening? ha ha j.k.
